Unrestrained Virgin Forest

In the last 50 years, as we have developed cities and towns, transport infrastructure and industrial zones, we have stolen thousands of square kilometres of countryside from nature that will never be returned. Fortunately, some people are trying to bring about change. For a quarter of a century, volunteers from various corners of the country have been supporting, via their activities and financially, the creation and expansion of the Ščúrnica non-state forest reserve, a complex of centuries old fir forests in the White Carpathians.
