How to ferment?

On the course, you will learn how to lactic ferment hundreds of vegetables in their own juice, in colourful brines, with and without salt, in a miso, with flour, with soy sauce, with fruit and in fruit juice, with different types of spices, in a flash, medium and long term, in a jar and in jars... You will also taste already fermented products for your inspiration and taste.
