We are extending the deadline for film submissions – 30 June 2022

We have a very good news for those who have not yet made it: we are extending the deadline for films submissions for this year's EKOFILM. If you're just finishing your new film and can complete it in a few weeks, you still have until 30 June 2022 to get it into Europe's oldest environmental film festival.

Filmmakers and production/distribution companies can submit works about the environment and natural and cultural heritage that have not yet received a slot at EKOFILM and that were made after 1 January 2020. Submissions can be made via www.filmfreeway.com.

This year's EKOFILM will traditionally take place in Brno from 12 – 15 October 2022. 

The programme will select 25 films from the entries to be presented to the public.
